Valbridge Property Advisors | Orlando is pleased to announce that Managing Director Drew Han has earned the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute. This achievement is a significant milestone in Drew’s professional career.

The MAI designation differentiates appraisers in a highly competitive marketplace by a commitment to advanced education, higher ethical requirements and elevated expectations for the appraisal profession as a whole.

To earn this designation, candidates must complete extensive prerequisites, including:

• Certified General Real Property Appraiser credential (or equivalent)
• Adherence to standards and ethics requirements
• Advanced coursework and examinations
• 4,500 hours of specialized experience

Upon completing these prerequisites, candidates enter the General Candidate for Designation program, leading to the MAI membership application and examination. Drew Han has been with Valbridge for more than ten years, starting with the company in 2013. Prior to his promotion to Managing Director in 2022, he served as Senior Appraiser. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

As a Florida State-Certified General Appraiser, Drew specializes in various income-producing assets, with extensive experience across a broad spectrum of property types.

Outside of work, Drew dedicates time to his family and his community, volunteering as Director of the St. Ives at Orange Tree board. Drew was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the East Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He resides in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando with his wife, Karen, and their toddler, Cameron.
