Drew joined the company in 2013, and since then, he has distinguished himself through his skill and dedication in the field of real estate appraisal. With a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida, Drew has laid a strong foundation for his specialization in the appraisal of various income-generating properties. His proficiency and relentless drive culminated in his promotion to Managing Director in 2022, further bolstered by his recent completion of the prestigious MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute.

The MAI Designation marks a career-defining achievement for Drew, reflecting a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and education. To earn this designation, he met a series of stringent criteria, including the attainment of a Certified General Real Property Appraiser credential, rigorous advanced coursework, and extensive specialized experience.

Outside of his professional commitments, Drew contributes actively to the community. He offers his time and expertise as an inductee of CREW Orlando and has earned a position on the Board of Directors of the East Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Drew, along with his wife, Karen, and their toddler, Cameron, call the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando home.
