Reflecting on Insights and Advancements at the 2023 FSU Real Estate TRENDS Conference

The 29th Real Estate TRENDS Conference, which took place on October 11-12, 2023, at Florida State University, Tallahassee, showcased pivotal insights from real estate professionals and experts nationwide. Ryan Zink, MAI, represented Valbridge Property Advisors Orlando Tampa Jacksonville, engaging with industry leaders to explore the various facets of real estate markets, from local to national levels.

This conference, chaired by John Mark Ramsey, CEO of Sentio Investments, successfully upheld its tradition as a premier university-based real estate forum, a reputation it has maintained since 1995. Concurrently, the Appraisal Institute (AI) continued its mission to advance the future of valuation professionals through its substantial university relations initiatives, offering crucial support and resources to both students and faculty.

AI has also extended a mutually beneficial opportunity for universities: the adoption of Appraisal Institute courses that not only count toward college credit but also serve as qualifying education towards a real estate appraisal license.
