Today, we celebrate a man who embodies such dedication and passion – Greg Vella, Managing Director of Valbridge Property Advisors | Orlando. This year marks his 18th year with us, a journey filled with achievements, growth, and strong relationships.

Greg’s journey began at Joseph J. Blake & Associates in Chicago, where he first began working as an appraiser in the mid 1990’s growing into his role as a senior associate, executing numerous appraisals throughout the United States. When Greg moved to Orlando in December of 2004, it took only a few months before Scott and Greg began working together in the summer of 2005, when Tew Realty Advisors first opened for business. Scott and Greg would meet at various local restaurants that included Beefy King (one of their favorite places) to go over appraisal assignments and reviews.

Scott Tew and Greg Vella have been working together for the past 18 years and have become more than just colleagues but the best of friends over the years. “There is only one reason why I have worked with Scott for all these years, and it goes way beyond the workplace. It is because of how much Scott cares about my success both professionally and personally. He literally goes above and beyond for all of us every day.”

Greg has excelled over the years, providing high-quality valuation services focused on institutional assets across the country. His exemplary performance propelled him to the role of Managing Director in September 2022. In his current role as Managing Director, Greg’s primary focus has been to deliver exceptional valuation services, helping both private and banking clients domestically and internationally. He leverages his 25+ years of experience to serve our clients at an unparalleled level.

Greg has been instrumental in generating significant revenue for our firm and is currently the top producing appraiser in for Valbridge Property Advisors |  Orlando | Tampa | Jacksonville, also ranking amongst the firm’s top 10 producers in the United States. With an impressive track record of 18 consecutive years of Top Producer Awards, Greg has consistently been a high performer. His dedication to the field, combined with his expertise and unique perspective, has significantly contributed to our company’s growth.
