What you’ll be doing:

You will start working closely with a team of commercial appraisers, helping the appraisers with the research, data entry, template set-up and helping them with various tasks. This is a full-time, 8 hours/day, in-office position. After approximately six to nine months the position will be transitioned to half time appraiser assistant and half time marketing position. In the marketing position, you will be assisting the Client Director, doing direct marketing and phone prospecting, helping to expand and diversify our client base and increase our revenues. This is not an appraisal trainee position and will not require a trainee license.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 Years of related marketing experience, preferably working in real estate, a professional services firm, or marketing agency is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, communications or marketing is preferred, though not necessary
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Can-do attitude, flexible, and ability to work in a fast-paced
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM (Infusionsoft) is a plus
