Valbridge Property Advisors is proud to announce that Kyle Larson has achieved the status of State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. This certification allows Kyle to appraise all types of residential and commercial real property and underscores his expertise in the field.

License and Education: To reach this milestone, Kyle obtained a bachelor’s degree and completed 300 hours of qualifying education covering subjects like real estate finance, market analysis, report writing, and various income approaches.

State Examination: Kyle successfully passed the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser examination for the state of Florida. Valbridge encourages continuous learning, and our collaboration with the Appraisal Institute provides access to online practice examination resources.

Work Experience: Kyle accumulated 3,000 hours of experience over 18 months, with 1,500 hours dedicated to non-residential appraisal work. Kyle‘s professional trajectory began with us as a Trainee Appraiser, covering our branches in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee.

With a background from the University of Minnesota, Morris, and the University of Colorado at Boulder, followed by a decade in the Nuclear Engineering Department at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Kyle transitioned to real estate in 2018. Since joining Valbridge Property Advisors in 2021, his dedication and work ethic have been evident. In addition to his professional achievements, Kyle is passionate about fitness, hiking, climbing, SCUBA diving, and traveling.
