John Beery and John Wilson are Valbridge's Newest MAIs

John Beery of Valbridge Property Advisors l Allgeier Company and John Wilson of Valbridge Property Advisors | Oxford Group have earned the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, signifying their high level of experience in the evaluation of commercial and other types of properties.
Based in Louisville, Ky., Beery, who received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky, enjoys boating, spending time with his wife and 11-month-old daughter, and following Kentucky basketball and football. He’s been an appraiser for 12 years, working on a broad range of assignments with a specialty in multifamily valuation, specifically affordable housing, as well as market analysis and valuation of LIHTC, Section 8 and rural development properties. Beery (left) is a member of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts.
Based in Morris Plains, N.J., Wilson, who received his bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson College, loves to travel, play golf, and do volunteer work for various charitable organizations, notably the Community Food Bank and Second Chance for Animals. A former Eagle Scout, he’s been appraising since 1986, working on a broad range of assignments including multifamily, affordable housing, residential development, office, hospitals, surgery centers, retail buildings, shopping centers, hotels and land.
