Heather Lueben, Brandon Lux and Andrew Trott are Valbridge's Newest MAIs

Heather Lueben of Valbridge Property Advisors | Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell, Brandon Lux of Valbridge Property Advisors | Walton Property Services and Andrew Trott of Valbridge Property Advisors l C&I Appraisal Services have earned the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, signifying their high level of experience in the evaluation of commercial and other types of properties.
Based in Columbia, Md., Heather (pictured) received her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. An appraiser for 12 years with a specialty in residential subdivisions, she loves being outside working in her garden, boating and spending time with her family and friends.
Based in Oklahoma City at Valbridge’s new office, which he heads, Brandon received his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Oklahoma State. He’s been an appraiser since 2008, working on a broad range of assignments including lodging, retail, office, industrial, subdivisions, multifamily, churches and mixed use. He serves on the Standards and Disciplinary Procedures Committee of the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board. Brandon is a huge sports fan, and loves to bowl and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
Based in Memphis, Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from University of Mississippi. He’s been an appraiser for 22 years, specializing in multifamily properties. Andrew is licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. He loves golfing, hunting and spending time with his wife and two children.
