Mike Divin, Josh Hall and Rob Klein are Valbridge's Newest MAIs

Mike Divin of Valbridge Property Advisors | The Gerald A. Teel Company, Josh Hall of Valbridge Property Advisors | Real Estate Appraisers and Rob Klein of Valbridge Property Advisors l Oxford Group have earned the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, signifying their high level of experience in the evaluation of commercial and other types of properties.
Based in Dallas, Mike received his bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State and taught Principles of Real Estate Appraisal for three years as an adjunct professor at Texas Tech University. An appraiser for 31 years with a background in medical buildings, he also has appraised oil refineries, a wind farm and hydrocarbon storage facilities. Mike likes to play golf, cook and spend time with his nine-month-old granddaughter.
Based in Montgomery, Ala., Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University. He’s been an appraiser for 20 years, working on a broad range of assignments including office, retail and light-industrial properties. He likes to play tennis, hunt, watch Auburn football and travel with his four children. Josh is an associate member of the Montgomery Estate Planning Council and a member of The River Region Boys and Girls Club and Southeastern Youth Baseball.
Based out of Morris Plains, N.J., Rob has been appraising since 2004 and has acquired specialty experience in senior housing, cemeteries, amusement parks and student housing. Rob currently holds certified general appraiser licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Texas. He graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and served in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy and Naval Station Anacostia. Rob plays baseball and is a season ticket holder for the Phillies and Flyers.
