Kari Collins and Kimberly Smith are Valbridge's Newest MAIs

Kari Collins and Kimberly Smith of Valbridge Property Advisors l Auble, Jolicoeur & Gentry have earned the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, signifying their high level of experience in the evaluation of commercial and other types of properties.
Based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Kari, who received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, enjoys her craft crocheting business. She’s been an appraiser for 12 years, working on a broad range of assignments including apartment buildings, developable land, rural acreage and waterfront properties. She is a member of the Spokane Low Income Housing Consortium.
Based in Spokane Valley, Wash., Kim, who received her bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University, is expecting a baby boy in February and loves to hike, cross-country ski and water-ski. She’s been an appraiser since 2011, working on a broad range of assignments including self-storage facilities and office, apartment, retail and industrial properties.
