Stephen “Steve” Walton, MAI, CCIM

Steve Walton is the Senior Managing Director for Oklahoma operations, and has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of appraisal and consulting assignments supporting lenders, developers, property owners, government agencies and attorneys.  He has testified as an expert witness in State and Federal courts and served as a Court-Appointed Commissioner.  Steve is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, has served as an Ethics and Standards Hearing Panel Officer for the National entity, and is a past President, Education Chair, and Regional Representative of the Oklahoma Chapter.  He holds the CCIM designation awarded by the CCIM Institute.  Steve was also appointed to the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board in 2011 and is its current Vice-Chair.

 

Rand Lambley, MAI

Rand Lambley, MAI, is a Director with Valbridge Property Advisors | Oklahoma.  Mr. Lambley has 18 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the Midwest, with primary experience in Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Mr. Lambley is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Oklahoma. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in real estate finance from the University of Arkansas and has completed numerous real estate courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and other providers.

Since 2003, Mr. Lambley has appraised all major property types and specializes in hospitality, subdivision, office, retail, industrial, land, and special-use properties (religious, marinas, etc).  He also has extensive experience in eminent domain valuations and routinely oversees company assignments involving multi-parcel acquisitions by State and local governmental entities.

 

Justin Sparr

Justin Sparr is a Director with Valbridge Property Advisors | Oklahoma and has been with the valuation and advisory services firm since 2006. He is a state-certified general appraiser in Oklahoma and received his MAI designation in 2014. Justin’s specialties include all aspects of real estate valuation with a focus on the multifamily and retail sectors. Justin also performs equipment and personal property valuation, as well as appraisals used in support of ad valorem tax protests. Besides his work in Oklahoma, Justin has performed valuation services in several other states including Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and New Mexico.

 

Brandon Lux

Brandon Lux is the Managing Director over Oklahoma City operations, which cover the approximate western half of Oklahoma.  Mr. Lux has over 12 years of experience with Valbridge Property Advisors | Oklahoma, and has appraised most types of non-residential properties with emphasis on complex including industrial, retail, office, apartments, lodging, subdivision and special purpose properties. Assignment purposes have included loan underwriting, right-of-way acquisition, foreclosure proceedings, tax appeal, estate planning, and going concern/business enterprise valuations.  He holds the MAI designation and is a certified general appraisal registered in Oklahoma.  He currently serves as a board member for the Oklahoma Ozark Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and serves on the Standards and Disciplinary Procedures Committee for the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board.

 

Ricky Broughton

Ricky is a Director in the Tulsa, Oklahoma office of Valbridge Property Advisors | Oklahoma.  He has experience in valuing a broad range of property types and specializes in multi-family and car wash appraisals, feasibility studies, and complex HUD apartment projects with multiple sources of Federal and State funding, along with tax credits.  Assignments have been completed to support collateralized lending, litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy proceedings, and acquisition/disposition.  Interests appraised include fee simple, leasehold, leased fee, easement rights, air rights, and going concern-business enterprise value. He has also been involved with internal appraisal review and assisting with the instruction of trainee appraisers. He currently serves on the Standards and Disciplinary Procedures Committee for the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board.

 

Nick Johnson

Nicholas is a Senior Appraiser with Valbridge Property Advisors | Oklahoma and has been with the valuation and advisory services firm since 2016.  Nick is a Certified General Appraiser registered in Oklahoma and is nearing attainment of his MAI designation.  He also holds JD and MBA degrees from Oklahoma City University.  Prior to his career with Valbridge, Nick was a practicing attorney heavily involved in ad valorem tax litigation.

Nicholas has extensive experience in valuing a broad range of complex assignments including industrial, retail, office, apartments, senior housing, LIHTC properties, lodging, subdivision and special purpose properties. Assignment purposes have included loan underwriting, right-of-way acquisition, tax appeal, estate planning, tax-credit valuation, litigation, and going concern-business enterprise value.  With his vast experience in both the legal and real estate valuation sectors, Nick provides a distinctive skillset to service a wide variety of client needs.

 

Caleb Huene

Caleb Huene is a Director with the Valbridge Property Advisors | Oklahoma Tulsa office and has been with the firm since 2014.  Caleb was born in Illinois and has been in Oklahoma since 2004.  He holds a BS in Business Administration/Education from Oral Roberts University, is an Oklahoma Certified General Appraiser, and an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute.  Caleb has extensive experience in valuing a broad range of complex assignments including special use properties, right-of-way acquisitions, avigation easements, along with agricultural, industrial, retail, office, and subdivision properties.
