As we wrap up another month, it brings us immense pleasure to shine our Employee Spotlight on the remarkable Makenna Mizell. Makenna, a key member of the Valbridge Property Advisors | Orlando | Tampa | Jacksonville team for nearly a decade, serves as an appraiser at our Jacksonville branch. Her expertise lies in the niche area of Senior Housing Facilities appraisal.

Makenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University. Born and raised on Merritt Island, she has chosen to make Jacksonville her home, sharing it with her beloved dog, Moose.

Away from the office, Makenna can be found engaging in trivia nights with friends or playing a lively game of pickleball with her boyfriend, Trent. As a true Floridian, the allure of a beach day is always irresistible to her.
