WMG Development has announced plans to further develop a portion of their 8.59 acre commercial development located in the Lake Nona area of Orlando. The Narcoossee Cove project, a multi-parcel retail development on Narcoossee Road, is conveniently nestled ¼ mile from the SR417 entry ramp and 1 mile north of Valencia College and Lake Nona High School. Currently three of the seven available sites have been built out by WMG Development. Of the three developed sites, there is a multi-tenant retail building, a fast-food restaurant and a full service restaurant that is occupied by Millers Ale House.

Permits obtained recently indicate lot one will be located at the northeast corner of Narcoossee Road and the newly constructed Tranquility Lane. Currently the site is being built out with a 7,000 SF multi-tenant retail building. Space One will be built out as a grocery store and total 4,400 SF, while Space Two will be built out as a restaurant and total 2,600 SF. The property will also include 49 paved parking spaces, with ingress/egress located on Tranquility Lane.

The Lake Nona area is home to “Medical City” which is home to Nemours, Orlando VA Medical Center, University of Florida College of Pharmacy, University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
