We are seeking a technology-savvy, self-starting administrative assistant for our unique, leveraged, supportive commercial real estate appraisal environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for appraisal activities and more.
- Data entry for appraisal assignments using software programs such as Filemaker, VAMS, and Datappraise.
- Assist with setting up and closing out work files for appraisal assignments.
- Answering multi-line phone system.
- Scheduling
- Proofreading and production of commercial appraisal reports.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, strong Microsoft Office Suites skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent grammar and punctuation skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Works well in a team/office environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
