Valbridge Property Advisors, Southwest Florida has a great opportunity for a senior commercial appraiser!

Job Brief

You will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting and reporting appraisal data, and preparing appraisals in a timely and professional manner. Applicants should have a minimum of five years (seven years preferred) of full-time commercial experience. Candidates should have diverse experience with industrial, retail, office, multi-family properties, subdivisions, vacant land, and providing litigation support. Our goal is to produce credible and timely appraisals and studies.
