Valbridge Property Advisors LA|IE has an immediate opening for an Appraiser Analyst in our Los Angeles Office. This position has the potential to grow into one for the right candidate in the future. We are seeking a technology-savvy, self-starting analyst for our unique, leveraged, supportive commercial real estate appraisal environment.

Responsibilities

• • Assist with subject property data research (zoning, tax, etc.) and data entry for appraisal assignments using software programs such as Datappraise, Excel and Word
• • Set up work files for appraisal assignments
• • Provide administrative support for appraisal activities and more

Requirements

• • Strong computer skills, strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
• • Excellent research and analytical skills
• • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• • Ability to learn quickly and retain information
• • Works well in a team/office environment
• • Ability to work with minimal supervision
• • Experience and education in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred but not required
