Our appraisal trainee will benefit from exposure to cutting-edge technology, such as Datappraise, our world-class database and report writing software, combined with Valbridge’s national appraisal templates; state of the laptop computers; and cloud-based file systems, while enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of our beautiful office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree (or working toward a degree), preferably with emphasis or major in real estate, finance or business
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent report-writing skills
• Acute attention to detail; self-motivation
