Harnessing the collective knowledge of current Valbridge leadership and accelerating the transition of this knowledge to the next generation of leadership, the Alliance provides an outlet for associates that are interested in learning how to grow into their career as appraisers and future leaders of their firms.
The Mission
The mission of this committee is simply described as “Leaders Creating Leaders.” The Alliance will harness the collective knowledge of the current Valbridge leadership and accelerate the transition of this knowledge to the next generation of leadership, continuing the continuity and value of being a member of Valbridge.
The Vision
The vision of the Alliance is to allow the associates that are interested in learning how to grow into their career as appraisers and future leaders of their firms an outlet.
