Our Northern California team is thrilled to welcome George Comitos, MAI, AI-GRS to our East Bay office. George joins Valbridge with more than 25 years of commercial real estate appraisal, valuation, and review experience across California and major markets throughout the United States. His background strengthens our firm’s commitment to delivering thoughtful, well-supported valuations in an increasingly complex real estate environment.

George has worked extensively with national lenders, attorneys, government agencies, and property owners, and has developed deep expertise across a wide range of property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, lodging, mixed-use, and specialized assets. He has also held senior leadership and review roles at major financial institutions and has testified as an expert witness in U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court.

Based in our East Bay office, George will serve as a Senior Appraiser, supporting clients throughout Northern California. We are excited to have him on the team and look forward to the experience, insight, and leadership he brings to Valbridge and our clients.
