Valbridge Property Advisors | Northern California Announces the Promotion of Laura Hulberg to Senior Managing Director

Norman C. Hulberg, MAI and Walter D. Carney, MAI are pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Hulberg to Senior Managing Director of Valbridge Property Advisors | Northern California. With this advancement, Laura has also become a shareholder and has been identified as part of the future leadership of our firm.

Laura has been an invaluable member of our firm, making significant contributions to the growth and success of our commercial real estate appraisal team. Most recently, Laura served as Business Development and Technology Manager.

Beyond her regional contributions, Laura has been a key contributor to Valbridge’s national marketing efforts, helping to elevate our brand across the country.

In her new role as Senior Managing Director, Laura will continue to focus on high-level operational strategy, expanding client relationships and onboarding appraisal assignments while helping our team thrive and grow. Mr. Hulberg and Mr. Carney will continue to serve as Senior Managing Directors as well. We look forward to achieving great things together.
