Valbridge Property Advisors is pleased to announce the election of four distinguished professionals to its Board of Directors: John Bosworth, MAI, SRA, Michele Wood, Jason Roos, MAI, AI-GRS, and Josh Hall, MAI. These esteemed individuals were officially elected at the Valbridge Property Advisors’ National Meeting held last week, bringing with them a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence in the commercial real estate valuation industry.

John T. Bosworth is a seasoned commercial real estate appraiser and valuation expert with over three decades of industry experience. As the Senior Managing Director at Valbridge Property Advisors | Charlotte, he leads a team specializing in independent valuations for a wide range of property types, including retail centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, religious and special-purpose properties, hotels, residential subdivisions, and vacant land.

John holds the prestigious MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute and has been an active leader in the field, serving as President of the North Carolina Chapter and a delegate to the Leadership Development & Advisory Council. A recognized authority in real estate valuation, he is also an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, regularly teaching courses on appraisal standards and business ethics.

Before joining Valbridge in 2013, John was the Principal of John Bosworth & Associates, LLC, and previously held key appraisal roles at T.B. Harris, Jr. & Associates and Bosworth Appraisal Services. A graduate of Louisiana State University, he continues to stay at the forefront of the industry by actively participating in professional development and market analysis.

Michele Wood has been in the commercial valuation profession for over 20 years, having served in various roles in offices across Valbridge Property Advisors nationwide. Michele specializes in research, writing, leadership development, executive coaching, and business growth strategy. Michele is a founding board member of the Valbridge Women’s Council and served as its President from 2021 to 2023.

Michele developed and leads the Valbridge Scholars internship program, and is active in the Future Leaders Alliance. Outside of her work with Valbridge, she is active in CREW. She holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MA in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona.

Jason Roos is an accomplished commercial real estate appraiser with nearly two decades of experience in valuation and consulting. As one of two Senior Managing Directors of Valbridge Property Advisors | Kansas City and a partner in the firm’s franchise covering Indiana, Kansas City, Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Fargo, he plays a key role in delivering high-quality, independent property valuations across a diverse range of asset types.

Holding both the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute, Jason specializes in complex commercial real estate appraisals and third-party reviews for lenders, investors, and public agencies nationwide. His expertise spans office, industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and special-use properties.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, will complete his MBA from the University of Kansas in May 2025, and has held leadership roles within the Appraisal Institute, including serving as President of the Kansas City Chapter in 2014. Licensed in multiple states, he is recognized for his professionalism, market insight, and commitment to excellence in real estate valuation.

Josh Hall, MAI has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 2002. After graduating from Auburn University in 1994, Josh began a career in the appraisal business with Real Estate Appraisers, LLC. Josh has been a commercial appraiser for 28 years and has been involved with Valbridge since the beginning. Josh currently sits on the Board of Directors for Datappraise. Based in Montgomery, Josh focuses on appraisals and consulting for multi-family; retail buildings and shopping centers; office buildings; industrial buildings; religious and special purpose properties including schools, churches, and cemeteries; lodging; residential subdivisions; vacant industrial, commercial and residential land; rent studies, cost analysis, litigation support; right-of-way, timberland; developed office buildings.

The addition of these four outstanding professionals to the Board of Directors reinforces Valbridge Property Advisors’ commitment to leadership, innovation, and growth. Their combined expertise will help guide the organization in providing best-in-class valuation and consulting services to clients nationwide.
