In 2021, Valbridge Property Advisors | Orange County valued a billion-dollar office tower in Century City. This building is located near 21st Century Fox Studios (now Touchstone Television) and has a number of high-end entertainment tenants. This impressive structure has earned multiple prestigious awards. Constructed with state-of-the-art technology and materials, the building is solar-powered and features many “green” enhancements, high-tech security systems, private parking access for tenants and visitors, and unparalleled amenities. One of the tallest skyscrapers in Century City, the building is a highlight of the Los Angeles skyline and overlooks the Fox Plaza building, which was the infamous Nakatomi Plaza in the movie Die Hard.
