This project involved the valuation of a funeral home, an active cemetery containing nearly 230 acres, as well as excess land associated with the property. The funeral home was built in the late 1960s and contains 20,634 square feet and handles around 400 cases per year. The cemetery has around 128,000 burial plots, 60 crypts, and 300 niches available, averaging around 350 internments and inurnments annually.
