Valbridge Property Advisors | Silicon Valley provided asset valuations for a private foundation for IRS filing purposes. The assignment involved the appraisal of 25 real properties and multiple partial ownership interests. The foundation held its ownership through a limited liability company that acted as a holding company for sub-tier interests in general partnerships, limited partnerships, a limited liability company, and a tenancy in common. Additionally, the holding company was the sole owner of six properties. The foundation also had investments in ten other entities.
