PROJECT NOTES
The original multi-story movie theater, Camera 12, was constructed in 1996 with 12 theaters throughout 73,950 square feet. The property fronts a busy street in Downtown San Jose as well as a light rail station and pedestrian walkway, Paseo de San Antonio.

The redevelopment, known simply as Paseo, consists of approximately 75,000 square feet of new office space (including a rooftop lounge) above 25,000 square feet of retail. Groundbreaking on the project occurred in 2020 and is expected to be completed at the end of 2022.
