Chair, Board of Directors for Valbridge Property Advisors and Senior Managing Director of VPA | Southwest Florida | Miami – Ft. Lauderdale

As the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, I work closely with Valbridge leadership to establish and implement our company objectives. From managing meetings to assisting in developing business strategies and company direction; our emphasis is technology vision and professional growth. Since we launched five years ago, I’ve stayed busy with both the excitement and challenges of leading the board of a national company.

What is your title and what do you do at Valbridge?

Myself, along with 17 other appraisal principals, met in Boston in June of 2011 to form what has become Valbridge Property Advisors, the nation’s largest appraisal firm with over 675 employees in more than 80 offices and 200 MAI’s. Valbridge is in my blood!

How did you become a part of Valbridge?

Beyond my board duties and managing our Naples and Miami offices, my primary focus is on business and fractional interest valuations. I also keep busy as President of the newly formed Valbridge Women’s Council.

What are your specialty areas?

I’ve had the privilege of working on notable business and real estate assignments over the years. From proposed high-rise condominiums in Downtown Miami to operating companies in California, I enjoy the challenge of a complicated assignment.

What are some of the most interesting projects you've worked on at Valbridge?

The most enjoyable aspect of Valbridge is the interaction and teamwork with our appraisers and staff across the country. Before Valbridge, it was difficult to see past the local office. Having the power of nationwide support has opened doors to new ideas, technology, and collaborative thinking. It’s enjoyable working with like-minded people with a consistent goal – helping clients solve valuation matters. Simply, I love all the people!!!!!
