I have served in numerous real estate roles from fee appraising; banking as a Chief Appraiser; right of way and corporate real estate with a utility company; and general consulting.

What is your title and what do you do at Valbridge?

I am Managing Director for the Cincinnati office. I perform, manage, and coordinate all work-flow generated by the office serving the greater Cincinnati MSA area and Dayton, Ohio MSA area.

How did you become a part of Valbridge?

I was approached after my local bank employer was purchased by a national bank due to my numerous local contacts.

What are your specialty areas?

While I do not necessarily specialize in certain property types, due to my banking experience with three banks ranging from community to national banks, I’ve had direct conversations with the FDIC and OCC in regards to regulatory matters.

What are some of the most interesting projects you've worked on at Valbridge?

Mainly right of way corridors for companies such as Amazon for its expansion at the Cincinnati (CVG) airport.

What do you like most about working at Valbridge?

I enjoy having the respect being affiliated with a national company to bid on all appraisal assignments for local, regional, or national clients.
