I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2011 and joined the industry in 2014.

What is your title and what do you do at Valbridge?

I am a Staff Appraiser and work on all property types in North Jersey and New York.

How did you become a part of Valbridge?

I was introduced to the industry as a career path in 2013 by my cousin Brian Lannarone. I began networking to find a trainee position and was hired as a trainee by the North Jersey Office in 2014. I received my Certified General license in 2017.

What are your specialty areas?

I work on all property types, but frequently appraise ground-up construction, Class A offices, and shopping centers that require Argus models.

What are some of the most interesting projects you've worked on at Valbridge?

I have worked on several college campuses, a homeless shelter, and a chicken processing farm.

What do you like most about working at Valbridge?

Its great team, great work-home life balance, ability to work from home, great friendships with my coworkers and supervisors, and appraising different and cool properties.

I’m thankful for this career in an industry that I enjoy. The work-life balance is awesome, allowing me to spend time with my beautiful wife Samantha and my baby girl Vienna.
