Meet the team:

Gary Baker, MAI, Senior Managing Director

Gary Barker, MAI has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1993. His firm was one of the early partners helping to build Valbridge and he has been involved at some capacity from the beginning. He was born in Akron and is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. Based in Cleveland, Gary is certified in Ohio and focuses on appraisals for tax valuation. Specialty practice areas of focus include improved industrial and undeveloped land. He has served as Education Chairman of Northern Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is currently a MAI Candidate Advisor.
