The firm is part of a larger group within Texas comprising the Houston and Lubbock offices, as well as the newly acquired New Mexico office. Our team is experienced in a wide variety of complex appraisal assignments of special purpose and investment property types including hotels, golf courses, mixed-use land developments, conservation easements, office, retail, industrial, senior housing / assisted living, and multi-family properties. Distinguished assignments have included oil refineries, deep water ship port locations, wind farms, salt cavern natural gas storage, and semi-conductor plants.

Besides serving commercial lenders underwriting commercial loans, the firm is active in providing appraisals for condemnation, property tax appraisals, estate planning/tax, litigation resolution, conservation easements, and others. Clients served to include financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, corporations, the State of Texas, USDA, other government agencies, developers, law firms, and private individuals. Tim Brennan, MAI, Senior Managing Director

Brennan is a past President of the Appraisal Institute North Texas chapter and has more than 25 years of expertise in valuation and consulting of all types of real estate. Brennan provides appraisals and consulting services for government agencies and has completed multiple right-of-way valuation assignments for the Texas Department of Transportation.

Michael G. Divin, MAI, Senior Managing Director

Divin has been appraising commercial real estate since 1984 and managed Valbridge Property Advisors | Lubbock office prior to joining the Dallas-Fort Worth office. He has taught the upper-level finance course "Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraising" at Texas Tech University.
