Mark T. Selby, MAI, Senior Managing Director

Mark is a Senior Managing Director with 25 years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser with Valbridge. His specialties include industrial, multifamily, residential subdivisions, and office. In addition to appraisal, Mark performs various market and feasibility and market rent studies. He is a certified appraiser in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina and is a proud graduate of Baylor University.

Alix Patrick, MAI, Senior Managing Director

Alix is a Senior Managing Director with 15 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal. She brings deep expertise across a diverse range of property types, including hospitality, multifamily (including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties), residential subdivisions, self-storage, and shopping centers. Alix holds a degree in Financial Management, with an emphasis in real estate, from Clemson University. She is a certified appraiser in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
