Corbin Haskell, MAI, AI-GRS, Senior Managing Director

Corbin has nearly 40 years of experience focusing on all aspects of valuation within the residential subdivision, multi-family, office, and industrial markets. He holds MAI and AI-GRS designations and is certified in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Corbin’s primary focuses are appraisal review, right-of-way, and expert witness testimony. Corbin serves as a member of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® as well as the South Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Tripp Glenn, MAI, Managing Director

Tripp is a Managing Director with almost 20 years of experience as a commercial appraiser. His primary practice focuses are single-tenant office, large multi-tenant office, medical, retail, and right-of-way in Upstate South Carolina. Tripp has been with Valbridge for 16 years and has been a commercial appraiser since 2002. He is a certified appraiser in South Carolina and a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Mark T. Selby, MAI, Managing Director

Mark is a Managing Director with nearly 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser with Valbridge. His specialties include industrial, multi-family, residential subdivisions, and office. In addition to appraisal, Mark performs various market and feasibility studies as well as provides litigation support. He is a certified appraiser in North Carolina and South Carolina and is a proud graduate of Baylor University, the 2021 men’s basketball champions…sic ‘em Bears!
