Valbridge Property Advisors | Inland Pacific Northwest is the largest real estate appraisal and consulting firm in the Inland Northwest. A majority women-owned business, the staff consists of seven MAIs, seven staff appraisers, and nine research assistants and support staff. Although the majority of assignments are typical market value appraisals, staff members are also involved in specialized assignments, such as feasibility studies, special benefits studies, and eminent domain (condemnation) valuations. Consultation services are available to those who may not need a full appraisal. These services include supply/demand market studies, highest and best use studies, partial interest valuations, and individual real estate investment planning. The firm also conducts the only comprehensive surveys of the Spokane County and Kootenai County Retail, Office, and Industrial markets.
One of the advantages of having a large staff is that several of the staff appraisers have developed specialized knowledge of specific markets ranging from single-family to most commercial and industrial property types. The general service area is Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, Montana, and Oregon.
Seven of the appraisal staff hold the MAI designation, and all others are candidates in good standing for the MAI designation. Also, all of the appraisal staff is currently State Certified in Washington, with several certified in Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. The educational backgrounds of the various appraisers are not only extensive but varied, which provides a much stronger base for the different assignments and often specialized needs of clients.

Bruce C. Jolicoeur, MAI
Bruce Jolicoeur is a Senior Managing Director and real estate analyst, appraiser, and consultant with Valbridge Property Advisors | Inland Pacific Northwest in Spokane Valley, Washington. Bruce has over 40 years of experience and his practice focuses on condemnation, litigation support, and on urban properties including market rent and rent-restricted multi-family housing, retirement communities, hotels/motels, feasibility studies, development properties, and various income-producing properties throughout the Inland Northwest. His specialties include complex and specialized assignments, especially those involving eminent domain, the impact of easements, and complex or varied cash flows. He has been qualified as an expert witness in state and federal courts in Washington, Idaho, and Montana, and is licensed in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon.
Karen K. Meek, MAI
Karen Meek is a Senior Managing Director and real estate analyst, appraiser, and consultant with Valbridge Property Advisors | Inland Pacific Northwest in Spokane Valley, Washington. Karen has over 30 years of experience and her practice focuses on general and medical office buildings; commercial/retail buildings; commercial/industrial land; retail/warehouse buildings; apartments; development land; health clubs; residential & commercial condominiums and residential subdivisions. Vicki Mundlin is a Senior Managing Director and real estate analyst, appraiser, and consultant with Valbridge Property Advisors | Inland Pacific Northwest in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Vicki has 30 years of experience and her practice focuses on agricultural land; apartment buildings; assisted living facilities; commercial land & buildings; development land; master planned developments; industrial land; residential condominiums; retail/warehouse buildings; rural acreage; timberland; waterfront properties; wetlands. Vicki is licensed in Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
Karlene R. Perry
Karlene Perry has been in valuation and advisory services since 1986. Since 2001, she has been a Senior Managing Director and a Principal of Valbridge Property Advisors | Inland Pacific Northwest in Spokane Valley, Washington. Karlene’s experience in all aspects of business management and operations, including process and workflow management, is extensive. She also is the CEO of Dynamic Business Advancement, LLC, a consulting services business focused on the appraisal sector. Karlene also serves as one of the Board of Directors for Valbridge Property Advisors and is the Vice President of Finance and Operations for the corporate office.
