Valbridge Property Advisors | Spokane proudly serves the Inland Pacific Northwest (Eastern and Central Washington, Northern Idaho, and Montana) from offices in Spokane, WA, Coeur d’Alene, ID and Kennewick/Tri-Cities, WA. We have appraisers licensed in Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Montana. As our penetration into Montana expands, opening a fourth office becomes more likely.
Our team of appraisers provides independent property valuation and consulting services, including advising clients on real estate business and investment decisions such as buy-sell-hold and lease-own alternatives. It is our goal to provide the best service to our clients by utilizing our knowledge and experience in real estate appraisals.
Valbridge | Spokane has extensive experience in appraising all types of properties and land. We have 14 appraisers, of which 10 hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. We have extensive experience as expert witnesses on real estate valuation with the knowledge and experience to appraise or provide consultation on any type of commercial property. We have prepared appraisals for litigation, condemnation, marketing, and all facets of financing needs. We also have a large agricultural division and provide a variety of appraisals to meet the needs of our agricultural clients whether it be farms/ranches, orchards/vineyards, tribal land, or wind farms.
Meet the team:
Bruce C. Jolicoeur, MAI, Senior Managing Director
Bruce has 40 years of real estate appraisal experience and is a Senior Managing Director of the Spokane, WA office. He specializes in the valuation of complex properties, right-of-way, litigation support, and consulting. As chair of Valbridge’s Quality Control Board, Bruce helps identify and resolve qualify issues and works with firms on ways to improve their processes. Bruce has been active in the Appraisal Institute, serving in various positions at the local and national level.
Vicki K. Mundlin, MAI, Senior Managing Director
Vicki has 27 years of real estate experience and is a Senior Managing Director of the Coeur d’Alene branch office. Vicki has been active in the local Appraisal Institute Chapter, including two terms as Chapter President. Her concentration has been on land development appraisals and multi-family properties, including condominiums and assisted living facilities, as well as other commercial projects.
Karen K. Meek, MAI, Senior Managing Director
Karen has 25 years of real estate experience and is a Senior Managing Director in the Spokane office. She has also been active in the local chapter of the Appraisal Institute serving one term as chapter president as well as several other officer positions over the years. Her concentration has been on the office market, health clubs, Rent Comparability Studies (RCS) for Section 8 housing, and market studies for proposed tax credit multi-family housing projects.
J. Michael Gentry, MAI, Senior Managing Director
Mike Gentry has 35 years of real estate experience and is a Senior Managing Director in the Spokane office. His concentration has been on the agricultural market and he has built a division focused on the needs of his clients in this area. He has appraised numerous agricultural-industrial property types, with a particular emphasis on special purpose facilities such as food and juice processing plants; fruit, potato and onion packing plants, controlled-atmosphere, and other agricultural commodity storage facilities.
Karlene R. Perry, Senior Managing Director
Karlene Perry has worked with the Spokane firm for over 20 years, becoming one of the principals in 2001. Karlene’s focus is on the management and dynamics of the business including operations, finance, HR, policies, processes, and leveraged systems. This enables the other four principals (MAIs) to focus on appraising, reviewing, and bidding. She serves on the Board of Directors for Valbridge Property Advisors and serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations for Valbridge. Karlene is also an active Board Member on the Valbridge Women’s Council and a member of the Mentoring Committee.
