San Ramon, CA – Valbridge Property Advisors, the largest independent commercial property valuation and advisory services firm in the United States, announces multiple promotions in their Northern California offices.

Valbridge Property Advisors is pleased to announce the following recent promotions:

Josh Fronen, MAI has been promoted to Managing Director and will co-manage appraisal services in the East Bay. Fronen has been an integral part of Valbridge Property Advisors since 2004. His experience includes retail buildings, subdivisions, fractional interest valuations, qualified expert witness, arbitration, litigation, tax appeals, and easements.

Garrett Warren, MAI was recently awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Warren has also been promoted to Senior Appraiser. His appraisal experience includes many property types including office, vacant land, condemnation and litigation support, affordable housing, and special purpose.

Gene Williams, MAI, CCIM has been promoted to Managing Director and will manage appraisal services in the Sacramento area. Williams has been a commercial appraiser for more than 30 years and has extensive experience with all types of data center properties across the U.S. and Canada.

Guido Villanueva has been promoted to Managing Director and will co-manage appraisal services in the East Bay. Villanueva’s diverse experience gives him a unique perspective in real estate, appraising property types like land development, special use assets, and market rate and affordable multi-family residential.
