Employee background:

I was born and raised in Spokane, WA, and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and General Management. I have been with Valbridge Property Advisors (then, Auble Jolicoeur & Gentry, Inc.) since June of 1999.

What is your title and what do you do at Valbridge?

My title is Executive Administrative Manager. I do just about everything but appraise properties. I manage our three offices, handle the bookkeeping/payroll items, provide administrative support to our appraisers, handle in-house IT issues, manage our annual vacancy surveys, plan company parties, and the list goes on! I am one of our Datappraise Champions and more recently, a V-AMS Champion.

How did you become a part of Valbridge and VWC?

I finally decided to join the VWC in November 2020 after sitting in on the Val-Talk about Managing the Appraisal Process: Use of Technology and Administrative Support. Being able to listen to different ideas and processes from different offices was exciting. I have enjoyed meeting people from all of the Valbridge offices and getting to know what they do and how they run their offices. I’m currently on the Onboarding Task Force Committee which started on a VWC call, and I am currently on the Membership Committee for the VWC. I was also lucky enough to win the trip to the National Meeting in Nashville in September 2021 and got to meet everyone in person. That has definitely been a highlight of being part of the VWC!

What do you like most about working at Valbridge and being a member of the VWC?

I love the culture at Valbridge. Everyone works hard, but they also have fun. I’ve enjoyed getting to know people through the VWC. We have such a great group of people nationally, and with the VWC (and Zoom) we’ve been able to connect. I know I could reach out to anyone in the VWC if I needed anything and they’d help me out!
