Employee background:

I have been with Valbridge since graduating college in 2014. I began as a part time assistant to a staff appraiser eventually going to full time and having a few different roles within the company.

What is your title and what do you do at Valbridge?

I am the Operations Manager and I help with the day to day office operations as well as work closely with our staff appraiser’s in managing each assignment to make sure it is a high quality and efficient process for our clients and our team. Typically, I handle the data collection, scheduling of property inspections, communication with clients, and in some cases the input of data.

How did you become a part of Valbridge and VWC?

The opportunity presented itself through local connections right after I graduated to join the Valbridge team as a part time assistant to Joe Alerding. As I have had the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, I joined the Valbridge Women’s Council and the VWC Programs committee earlier this year.

What are your specialty areas?

Managing and organizing assignments.

What are some of the most interesting projects you've worked on at Valbridge?

Working on our assignments from a broader scope I have had the opportunity to get a glimpse of many interesting projects. A few that stand out include large mixed-use developments and local office and retail redevelopments.

What do you like most about working at Valbridge and being a member of the VWC?

Without a doubt, it’s the people! Locally I have been fortunate to have a team that is invested in me and has helped me grow immensely both professionally and personally. Valbridge nationally is invested in the same mantra and in the opportunities I have had to work across the network, the people have been outstanding.
