Geri is a state-certified general appraiser and real estate broker in Florida and a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.
Larry Colorito has been in valuation and advisory services since 1988. He specializes in all aspects of real estate valuation, including for lending and other transactions, expert witness support and testimony, appraisal review and consulting. Larry is a state-certified general appraiser in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
Laird Goldsborough has been in valuation and advisory services since 1990. His specialties include all aspects of real estate valuation, expert witness support and testimony, appraisal review and consulting. Laird is a state-certified general appraiser in Kansas and Missouri, a licensed real estate agent in Kansas, chairman of the board of Datappraise, and a board member of the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. He has served as president of the Kansas City Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Norm Hulberg has been in valuation and advisory services since 1976. Norm’s expertise includes loan transaction support, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, taxes, litigation, project design and feasibility, leasing and insurance. He is a state-certified general appraiser in California and holds membership with the Rotary Club of San Jose, where he is a director, and the San Jose Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Matt Lubawy has been in valuation and advisory services since 1987. His specialties include master-planned communities, affordable housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties, and retail, office, industrial and special-purpose properties such as hotels/casinos and golf courses. He has extensive expertise in litigation, condemnation, market and feasibility studies, financing and estate planning. Matt is a state-certified general appraiser and licensed real estate agent in Nevada, chairman of the board of Nevada State Development Corporation, and president of the Durango Business Park. He has served as president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Trip Lukens has been in valuation and advisory services since 1992. He experience includes a diverse mix of assets, from neighborhood convenience stores to nuclear power plants. Trip has qualified as an expert in Common Pleas Courts throughout Pennsylvania, United States Bankruptcy Court and United States District Court. He is a state-certified general appraiser in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Trip serves as chairman of the Appraisal Institute’s Admissions & Designation Qualifications Committee.
Tim Mardell has been in valuation and advisory services since 1975. His specialties include office, hotel, retail, multifamily and industrial properties, as well as vacant land. He is highly experienced in financing, litigation, bankruptcy/foreclosure, estate tax, charitable contributions, purchase and sale, market rental analysis, site selection consultation, and investment feasibility analysis. Tim is a state-certified general appraiser and licensed real estate broker in Minnesota and holds membership with the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors/National Association of Realtors. He is a member of the CCIM Institute and a court appointed real estate commissioner.
Karlene Perry has been in valuation and advisory services since 1986. Since 2001, she has been a Senior Managing Director and a Principal of a Valbridge firm in the Pacific Northwest. Karlene’s experience in all aspects of business management and operations, including process and workflow management, is extensive. She also is CEO of Dynamic Business Advancement, LLC, a consulting services business focused on the appraisal sector.
Arthur Schwertz has been in valuation and advisory services since 1992. His expertise includes multifamily, office, retail, heavy industrial, medical and hospitality properties, as well as residential subdivisions and wetlands mitigations banks. Art is a state-certified general appraiser in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Texas and has been qualified as an expert witness in state courts in Louisiana and Texas as well as federal court. Art is now serving in a leadership role for the Louisiana Chapter of the Appraisal Institute as well as being an Associate Instructor for the Appraisal Institute.
