With 20 years of experience, Colene has an extensive portfolio of appraisals in the California, Pacific Northwest, and Southwest markets. Her work has spanned all major asset classes including the valuation of special purpose properties, plus specialty advisory services.

Colene is a celebrated team member of Valbridge Property Advisors. In addition to her Certified General appraisal license and her newly minted MAI designation, she holds a BA in Politics from UC Santa Cruz and a paralegal certificate. She lives in Santa Cruz with her husband and four children and enjoys volunteering with Santa Cruz High Band Boosters and traveling in her spare time.
