I served as a Senior Budget & Cost Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for four years. I was Manager / Loan Officer with American Cyanamid FCU for eight years.

How did you become a part of Valbridge?

I was a part of the original formation of the Oxford Group of Appraisal & Consultation that joined Valbridge Property Advisors in 2014.

What are your specialty areas?

Appraisal and consulting assignments for all property types institutional/non-institutional grade assets; all types including new construction and subdivisions.

What are some of the most interesting projects you've worked on at Valbridge?

Pier construction of mixed-use over the Hudson River – Dredging facility – Easements – Conservation and preservation land – Marina conversion to waterfront subdivision – some memorable inspections were getting stuck/locked out on the roof of a 17-story office in a rainstorm and an iguana blocking staircase of a multi-family walk-up.

What do you like most about working at Valbridge?

The culture and team. It is rewarding to be part of such a cohesive group.

I received the MAI designation in 2017, the AI-GRS in 2018, and the MRICS in 2020. I am Yellowbook certified. I am a board member of the Northeast Chapter NJ, member of the Valbridge Women’s Council, and Metro Chapter Women’s Forum.
