Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia was formed in 2013 from Lukens & Wolf LLC. This office serves the greater Philadelphia Area, including Allentown-Bethlehem, Harrisburg, Northern Delaware, Lancaster, and more. All of the founding members are still at Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia. Our team is led by Trip Lukens and Richard Wolf, and Reaves Lukens Jr. The Philadelphia office is a family-oriented group of three senior managing directors, four senior appraisers, three appraisers, two trainees, two analysts, an administrative specialist, and our very own office manager working together to provide top-notch valuations on all of their projects.

With such a diverse team, the Philadelphia office is able to appraise a variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail buildings, apartments, hotels, farms, and vacant land. In addition to comprehensive valuation and advisory services, Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia performs portfolio valuation, tax assessment reviews, and litigation support, including expert witness testimony. Our office works with many local school districts, banks, and law offices due to our consistently accurate reports.

Reaves “Trip” Lukens III, MAI, SRA, Senior Managing Director

Trip has been with Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia since its formation in 2013. He was on the Valbridge Board of Directors from 2013 until 2020. He has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate industry which gives him expert knowledge on a variety of property types. Trip currently holds an MAI and SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is currently a member of the Real Estate Counseling Group of America. Trip was Chair of admission Designation & Qualification Committee and a member of Strategic Planning Committee for the Appraisal Institute. He was a member and Chair of the Board of Supervisors, as well as, a member and Chair of the Planning Commission for Tredyffrin Township.

Richard F. Wolf, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, CRE, Senior Managing Director

Richard has been with Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia since its formation in 2013 and has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He currently holds MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, and CRE designations from the Appraisal Institute. Since 2018, Richard has been serving as Regional VI Director for the Appraisal Institute. He was Chairman of the Skippack Township Planning Commission as well as a member of the Central Perkiomen Valley Regional Planning Commission.
