Multi-family Team Leader:
Daniel Kann is the Managing Director of multi-family Valuation at Valbridge Property Advisors (VPA) | Kansas City. The Kansas City group completes approximately 200 multi-family assignments annually with an aggregate value approaching $2 billion. He is also the National (multi-family) Practice Group Leader for Valbridge, and teaches real estate valuation at UMKC.
Kann has an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance and Marketing Management from the University of Northern Iowa, a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver, and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Prior to joining VPA he was a commercial sales associate at Iowa Realty Commercial in Des Moines, Iowa.
